With more than 25 years experience as a line manager, business owner and consultant, Terry has worked extensively with executives and managers of Fortune 500 companies and leaders in organizations of all sizes including attorneys and other professional service firms launching and growing their own business.
Prior to founding Achievementor Group, she was a Partner and Global Leader of the Organizational Change Expert Group for Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), an internationally recognized technology consulting firm and has years of experience coaching executives and managers in facing their professional and personal challenges.

Other Interests
She is an active volunteer with the West Loop Gate Community Organization and on the Neighborhood Outreach Commission of Old St. Pat’s in her revitalizing Chicago neighborhood and a speech judge for the Illinois Academic Decathlon. She is active in many professional and charitable organizations. A dynamic public speaker in the professional realm, she also acts, sings, directs and produces theatrical and musical events in the community in her spare time.
